The RotaCut Professional combines the powerful RCQ and RCX technology with intelligent, integrated machine control. In Eco Mode, the control system continuously monitors the load and adjusts the speed accordingly: As the amount of fibers and solids increases, the RotaCut increases its output. Once flow is unobstructed again, it reduces speed to the minimum required. In Regular Mode, it provides continuous, consistent size reduction.

QuickStart Ready means the RotaCut Professional is commissioned at the factory, with integrated sensors and a preconfigured control system. A few switches and clear LED indicators make operation intuitive—with no need to learn complex software. On site, a qualified technician connects the machine. Then simply select a mode and get started.
