The UniSpread is a universal slurry applicator available in working widths from 6 to 12 m. It is mounted directly on tankers and can be equipped as dribble bar, trailing shoe, or umbilical application system. The plug-and-play system is attached using a 3-point or 4-point hitch. At its heart is the ExaCut slurry macerator, which cuts fibres in the slurry and performs precise distribution to all hoses simultaniously.

The high-performance ExaCut precision spreader chops fibrous matter to a minimum size and creates a homogeneous slurry consistency. Uniform hose lengths with a distance of 0.25 m guarantee simultaneous slurry flow from all openings. Robust, specialized hoses made of UV-resistant material guarantee long-term reliability.

The UniSpread is low-service: maintenance-free joints, UV-resistant hoses, and a fully galvanised frame. The ExaCut requires only occasional inspections. With reduced downtime, the system saves costs and enables higher annual utilization.

The UniSpread is available in working widths of 6 m, 7.5 m, 9 m, 10.5 m, and 12 m. For each width, there are three application variants to choose from: dribble bar (close to the ground), trailing shoe (under the crop), and umbilical application system (ground-relieving). The 9 m, 10.5 m, and 12 m working widths offer optional automatic end-arm folding for a 2.5 m transport width.
