Understanding the wishes of our customers, collaborative thinking and the continuous research and development of new ideas – this was the mindset of our company founders 90 years ago, and we still work according to the same principle today. It is for this very reason that many of our developments in the fields of pump, maceration, spreading and biogas technology are today leading products on the global market. Implemented successfully in a multitude of industries, they proof our claim of being "LEADING IN TECHNOLOGY" and being a pioneer in the market.

One thing is clear - idleness simply does not fit with our philosophy. We are continuously optimizing our products and adapting them to the needs of our customers and the prevailing market requirements: to guarantee you success in your profession.

The Management Board of Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG

In January 2025, the Executive Board established an expanded management team to ensure that the company remains well-equipped to meet all market demands through innovation. Here, we introduce the members of the team.

Harald Vogelsang

Harald Vogelsang
Harald Vogelsang joined the management of Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG as a Managing Director in 1997. He is responsible for the administration business and focuses in particular on the company’s international orientation.

Hugo Vogelsang

Hugo Vogelsang
Hugo Vogelsang joined the management of Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG in 1992. He is in charge of Research and Developement and pushes the innovations of the company.

Michael Brinkmann

Michael Brinkmann
Michael Brinkmann joined the management of Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). He is responsible for the strategic development of Sales, Service and Back Office.

Johann Kezik

Johann Kezik
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Johann Kezik is responsible for purchasing (including the supply chain), production, quality, lean management, and the production sites in Spain and Rothenschirmbach. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2025.

Markus Kolbeck

Markus Kolbeck
Markus Kolbeck has been with the company since 2006. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2025 and, as Chief Product Officer (CPO), is responsible for the product and development strategy. He also heads the entire Engineering division.

Gerrit Vogelsang

Gerrit Vogelsang 
As a fourth-generation member of the family business, Gerrit Vogelsang serves as Chief Infrastructure Officer (CIO). In this role, he oversees the company’s entire infrastructure. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2025.

Robin Vogelsang

Robin Vogelsang
Robin Vogelsang has been working in the family business since 2017 as part of the fourth generation. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2025. As Head of GPM+AI, he is responsible for the areas of process management and AI.

We want to impress our customers with innovative and quality products that meet very high standards and are long-lasting. To achieve this goal all processes at the German Vogelsang headquarter such as R&D, Sales, Procurement, Production and of course Service are based and supported on all levels by a consistent quality management system – now for more than 10 years.

Also in the areas of environmental protection as well as occupational health and safety, our management systems are periodically certified by an accredited certification body.

Sustainabilty

For us, ecology and economy are in harmony. We take our responsibility for protecting the environment seriously. Our product range relies on sustainable technologies such as biogas, recycling or wastewater treatment plants. One such example is the vacuum disposal system we developed. This development is implemented at Deutsche Bahn and in the shipping and port industries. It is also very important for us to manufacture durable and long-lasting products using environmentally-friendly production processes. With state-of-the-art solar energy systems, energy-efficient air conditioning technology and the implementation of energy recovery measures in our production facilities, we make substantial contributions to the environmental protection effort.

Corporate Social Responsibility

In 2009 Harald and Hugo Vogelsang, Managing Directors of today's Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG, founded the Vogelsang foundation. In the years coming the foundation, which started with a founding capital of 200.000 Euro, supported a lot of smaller and bigger projects.

The purpose of the foundation is supporting sports, eduction, research and science, charity as well as supporting arts and culture, protecting the environment, helping the youth and elderly and preventing crime.
