Factory Training

Vogelsang USA offers 2-day, factory training throughout most of the year. Located in our Ravenna, Ohio facility, our "Service Schools" cover various topics related to Vogelsang pumps, grinders, and macerators, including field start-up, parts replacement, and troubleshooting. Courses are provided at no cost, and we cover your hotel stay and provide meals. Please click the button below for details and registration.

Our classes are designed for our customers/end-users, distributors, and OEM partners. Sessions specifically cater to VX pump, RotaCut, and XRipper maintenance and operations.

Of course! You are more than welcome to sign up for training on a Vogelsang product before you buy it. This will help you get to know the finer points of the machine right from the start, allowing you to be prepared for any situation.

How is a typical training course structured?

The training course is a mixture of class room lectures/presentations and hands-on work with equipment in our shop area.

How long does a training course last?

Our training courses are 2 days long, taking place on a Thursday and Friday.

How much will it cost me?

We provide free training with no cost to participants.  Vogelsang will cover the costs of your hotel, meals, and training, but you are responsible for travel arrangements, including a vehicle for local travel between the airport/hotel and our facility.

Are there any places to stay nearby?

Is there a hotel provided?

Yes!  The Holiday Inn in Streetsboro. We cover the night before and the night in between your training course.

What do I need to bring to the training course?

Please wear work clothes, such as jeans and cotton shirts.  We request you wear steel-toed shoes or other work shoes. Safety glasses and ear protection are optional.
