Interested in our In-house Service School classes?
Vogelsang US Service School classes are designed for distributors, contractors, OEMs or end user personnel who would benefit from learning about the inner workings of the Vogelsang Pump, RotaCut inline grinder and/or XRipper twin-shaft grinders.
These 2-day schools are held in our Ravenna, Ohio facility and cover topics including:
- Introduction to field start-up
- Lobe and mechanical seal change
- Troubleshooting
- Complete power frame rebuild, including sleeve, shaft and bearing replacement
- RotaCut cutter screen and blade replacement
- Grinder PM and troubleshooting.
- In addition to the VX and IQ Pumps, the course will include the Vogelsang RotaCut and XRipper, its operation, start-up, troubleshooting, and wear part replacement.
Each attendee will be tested on the information provided prior to completing the course. Certifications will be issued to all students who pass the course.
Our Ravenna, Ohio facility, located close to the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) or Canton Akron Airport (CAK).
Attendees will be responsible for transportation to and from Ravenna, Ohio with Vogelsang, paying for lodging and food during the stay. Course outlines, workbooks, and all other materials including tools will be provided by Vogelsang during the school. This is a hands-on training so dress will be casual work attire.
