The versatile SwingMax for maximum effectiveness
SwingMax is the optimum solution for liquid manure spreading with large working widths. Optional features like TopSwing, DoubleFold, TeleShift and Comfort Flow Control ensure maximum flexibility in use. The special doubleframe design is able to deal with maximum dynamic loads, thereby ensuring trouble-free, cost-effective operation with weight optimization at the same time.

The dribble bar system up to 30 meters
The dribble bar system SwingMax from Vogelsang allows nutrient-efficient low-level spreading of liquid manure from tankers with a working width of 18 to 30 meters. Under normal conditions, large working widths also mean high dynamic loads on the linkage. The SwingMax, however, counteracts that problem with its special design. The double tubular frame is carefully engineered to handle the greatest of loads, ensuring reliable, trouble-free operation. At the same time, the weight is minimal at these working widths. Two ExaCut precision distributors ensure constant distribution and uniform discharge rates. The dribble bar system SwingMax is not only stable and precise in operation. Thanks to a wide variety of technical innovations combined with Comfort Flow Control, it also sets a high standard for flexibility as well. The section control is designed so that every single hose can be switched off separately. The Vogelsang SwingMax system provides technology to meet the most demanding requirements, up to a working width of 30 meters.

The 36-meter dribble bar system
The Vogelsang dribble bar system SwingMax36 opens up a whole new dimension in the liquid manure application, providing extreme working width on tankers, with extreme distribution accuracy at the same time. This allows large fields to be completed in a very short time. The design of the linkage is based on the regular dribble bar system SwingMax, so it can withstand even the greatest of loads. In contrast to the SwingMax, which was designed for tramlines up to 33 meters, the frame of the SwingMax36 was designed as a triple construction due to the huge working width, with integration of an additional folding element. Distribution of the liquid manure to the individual hoses is handled here by three ExaCut precision distributors. With its large working width and high effectiveness, this Vogelsang linkage is the best system for spreading liquid manure on farms that demand the maximum in terms of working width.

The trailing shoe system for the largest working widths
To be able to utilize nutrients in the liquid manure optimally, the liquid manure has to be applied close to the soil, with low emissions. The closer the manure comes to the roots of the plants, the more efficiently the nutrients will be used. This is easily done with the Vogelsang trailing shoe system SwingMax Slide. The trailing shoe parts the plants and deposits the manure in a narrow strip directly on the soil. Thanks to its robust and permanently elastic design, this trailing shoe constantly adapts itself to the soil contour. That ensures uniform spreading even on uneven terrain. The trailing shoe system SwingMax Slide is versatile and can be used on all kinds of crops.
