Vogelsang was founded in 1929 as a small sawmill in Lower Saxony, Germany. Today, 90 years later, the company operates worldwide, specializing in solution-driven products for customers in the wastewater, agricultural engineering, biogas, industry and transportation sectors. The medium-sized mechanical engineering company now has a workforce of over 1300 employees worldwide.
As part of the company's international orientation, a subsidiary was founded in Sweden in 2010 to better support customers locally on the ground. Based in Fjärås, south of Gothenburg, the local colleagues sell and service rotary lobe pumps, cutters, solid matter feeders, spreading technology and transportation solutions.
