HiCone® – Full power until the end

Adjust instead of replacing parts

At the heart of the smart MixXPump is a HiCone progressive cavity pump, which features a conical rotor-stator geometry and a clever adjustment mechanism.

This unique rotor-stator geometry and the innovative adjustment system ensure maximum service life and consistently high flow rates. Wear is compensated for by simple readjustment, eliminating the need for time-consuming and costly part replacements.

QuickService - Simpel on-site part replacement

Easy to maintain

If, after a long period of operation, the rotor and stator do need to be replaced, Vogelsang’s QuickService concept makes the service significantly easier.

Thanks to the status indicator, the service can be planned well in advance. The stator and rotor can be swivel out and replaced in a short time without dismantling the piping. Downtime is thus reduced to just a few hours — feeding the digester continues with virtually no interruption.

This ensures a stable digestion process and a consistently high gas yield.
