The BackPac is a lightweight slurry applicator for slurry spreading via umbilical systems. It comes in two variants: the dribble bar applicator (21–32 m) for direct spreading into the crop and the BackPac trailing shoe applicator (21–30 m) for placing nutrients beneath the plants. The system eliminates the need for a tanker, thereby minimizing soil compaction.

The BackPac offers four main advantages:
