XSplit XS30-80 and XSplit Compact: high-performance separation for different requirements
At its trade fair stand, Vogelsang will be presenting the new-sized screw press separator with a throughput capacity of up to 175 cubic meters per hour for the first time. The XSplit XS30-80 is particularly suitable for large farms and biogas plants. The design of the separator supports fast service and the easy replacement of parts. The modular, three-part sieve also makes it possible to replace only the worn part. With the VarioAdjust hydraulic adjustment system, the contact pressure can be easily adjusted during operation – to set the dry matter content based on requirements.
“The XSplit XS30-80 is the largest separator in this design and combines high performance with maintenance-friendly design. It therefore offers a powerful and needs-based solution to users with very high volumes,” says Henning Ahlers, Sales Manager Agricultural Technology Germany at Vogelsang.
The XSplit Compact stationary system solution will also be on show at the stand for the first time. The solution combines separator, pump and control technology in one space-saving unit, and it is particularly suitable for (cross-company) use in small and medium-sized businesses. One of the great advantages is that only one pump is taking over supply and discharge which saves space, energy and maintenance costs. Both the XSplit XS 30-80 and the XSplit Compact enable reliable solid/liquid separation of liquid manure and digestate.
12-meter UniSpread: precise liquid manure placement in a new working width
With the 12-meter model, Vogelsang is completing the UniSpread series with a bigger, fifth working width. It is particularly suitable for farmers and contractors who need a compact solution for spreading liquid manure close to roots. The linkage is available as a dribble bar and trailing shoe version and, thanks to the tried-and-tested folding mechanism behind the drum, can also be easily retrofitted regardless of the tank diameter. The UniSpread will be on show at the stand as a trailing shoe version, partly fitted with DoubleFlow runners. This option halves the row spacing from 25 to 12.5 centimeters.
Two side support wheels ensure optimum guidance; a piping kit is available as an option. A precision distributor from the ExaCut series is also installed centrally in the 12-meter version. The ExaCut ECL is used as standard, but the even more maintenance-friendly ExaCut ECQ, which has won awards for its precision, is also a possible option.
“We are seeing a growing demand for flexible linkages that can be adapted to the terrain and drum size, both for retrofitting and for equipping new tankers. The 12-meter UniSpread meets these requirements,” says Ahlers.
LoadMaster: the smooth running compact pump
The newly designed LoadMaster pump stands out with its low weight and compact installation dimensions. The optimized design ensures extremely smooth running. Thanks to its space-saving and lightweight construction style, the pump is ideal for transport vehicles.
Rotary lobe pump in a new performance dimension:
VX pump with up to 15,000 l/min
With the VX186-650QD, Vogelsang presents a new performance class in the field of rotary lobe pumps. It achieves a maximum throughput rate of 15,000 liters per minute and is therefore ideal for use on self-propelled vehicles and spreaders. The integrated injection system reliably protects the pump against foreign bodies and ensures a service life that is up to 2.5 times longer than usual.
BlackBird Light and Pro in direct comparison
Vogelsang will be presenting the BlackBird Light and BlackBird Pro trailing shoe models for direct comparison at the stand. The BlackBird Light – available in 12- or 15-meter working widths – is equipped with two ExaCut ECM distributors without air suction. Compared to the Light model, the Pro version offers a comprehensive package of options to cover all areas of application. Like the Light version, the Pro model is available in 12- or 15-meter working widths, and it can be flexibly equipped with two precision distributors from the ExaCut series. Vogelsang will also be exhibiting the 30-meter BlackBird as well as the SwingMax5 Slide trailing shoe linkage with a working width of 24 meters. It is based on the tried-and-tested SwingMax Slide and has been optimized in terms of height and width.
Various pump solutions for efficient liquid manure management will also be on display at the stand: an exploded view of the VX series and the PowerFill S filling aid. Vogelsang will be presenting precision distributors from the proven ExaCut series as well as the RotaCut 10000 M and RotaCut MXL wet cutters. In the outdoor area (hall 23, position 2302), interested visitors will also have the opportunity to find out about the SyreN system for liquid manure stabilization during field spreading. In addition, using VR glasses, visitors to the stand will be able to disassemble an XSplit and a rotary lobe pump into their individual parts and gain an insight into the structure of the solutions.
tgo AG as co-exhibitor: visions for future sustainable agriculture
This year, tgo AG is also represented at the Vogelsang stand as a co-exhibitor. Founded in 2021 and based in Cloppenburg, the company advises farmers on how they can actively contribute to climate protection through carbon farming and biodiversity measures and generate new income at the same time. Among other things, visitors to the stand will receive practical insights into decarbonization strategies as well as individual advice on the formation of humus on their own farms.
“As a co-exhibitor, Vogelsang is giving us the opportunity to discuss our consulting solutions directly with farmers and highlight new prospects for more sustainable agriculture,” says Bernhard Aumann, founder and CEO of tgo AG.
The company demonstrates measures that can be implemented to store CO2 in the soil in the long term – from biochar in farm manure to agroforestry projects and humus formation. This results in a triple benefit for farmers: better soil quality, compliance with political requirements, and additional income from the sale of CO2 certificates.
