Vogelsang showcases innovations in slurry technology and a new, comprehensive range of application equipment at EuroTier

Essen (Oldenburg), Germany, 1 October 2026 – Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG will be presenting its new products for trouble-free and efficient slurry handling at EuroTier 2026 in Hanover at Stand D40 in Hall 27.

Alongside the two new products, RotaCut FillGuard and PowerCut, which protect downstream pumps and application equipment at the start of the slurry handling process from foreign matter, clogging and wear, the focus will be on the new, comprehensive Vogelsang-BeTEC range of application booms.

Protecting application systems: the new RotaCut FillGuard and PowerCut systems

Liquid manure extracted directly from the barn or slurry storage tank contains fibres and foreign matter that can cause damage to transport and application systems, as well as blockages in distributors and hoses. With two new solutions – the RotaCut FillGuard and the PowerCut – Vogelsang is therefore addressing this issue right at the start of the slurry chain:

  • The stand-alone RotaCut separates out foreign matter such as stones, wood, metal or hoof shoes before it reaches the slurry conveyor. At the same time, it performs shredding on long-fibred feed and straw residues that can cause clogging in the slurry macerators further down the line. This ensures that only homogenised manure enters the rest of the slurry chain. A homogeneous medium ensures trouble-free spreading and also minimises wear on the distributor heads, as well as the associated service and downtime costs. Thanks to its forklift lugs, the wet shredder is flexible and usable at various pits and slurry storage facilities, as well as for inter-farm use.
  • Fitted directly to the tanker, the new PowerCut combines accelerated filling with the shredding and homogenisation of the liquid manure in a single step. Foreign matter is separated out, whilst long-fibred feed and straw residues are shredded during the filling process. This means fewer disruptive matter and foreign matter enter the tank, and the downstream application equipment is also protected.

Vogelsang-BeTEC: Application technology for all requirements

Since 1 September, Vogelsang and BeTEC have combined their strengths in the field of slurry application booms and, under the Vogelsang-BeTEC brand, have created a wide-ranging product portfolio for every user and every price segment. With working widths ranging from 6 metres to 36 metres, the company now offers both trailing shoe and dribble bar linkages in various price categories from a single source. All working widths are also available in hose-connected versions.

At its EuroTier stand, Vogelsang is showcasing, amongst other new booms, the tried-and-tested BlackBird range in the familiar RedLine version as well as in a new, value-for-money GreenLine version. For smaller plots, the new, manoeuvrable and lightweight Stylo applicator is on display. Visitors can also find out about all other linkages, from vacuum tanks to self-propelled vehicles.

XSplit separation technology for high-quality fodder

Vogelsang’s experts also advise visitors on all aspects of separation: the usable XSplit Compact press screw separator separates liquid manure into a solid phase and a liquid suspension. When placed close to the roots, the nutrients are made available to the plants more quickly, plant contamination is minimised and forage quality is improved. At the same time, the separator reduces storage volume by up to 25 per cent and achieves a dry matter (DM) content of up to 40 per cent.

Henning Ahlers, Head of Sales for agricultural technology & biogas in Germany at Vogelsang: “EuroTier is an important platform for us, particularly this year, to present our new RotaCut products and the new range in the slurry application technology product area directly to farmers and contractors. After all, it is more important than ever for them to ensure that slurry spreading is as efficient and reliable as possible, to optimise forage quality and yield in grassland, and to deliver the nutrients contained in the slurry to the plants with as little loss as possible, regardless of the crop type.”
