Is there an emergency service I can contact outside of normal opening hours?

Vogelsang machines are known for their maintainability and long lifetimes. However, emergencies often strike at the worst possible times. But that doesn't mean we're not prepared: you can contact our emergency spare parts service outside of our normal opening hours.

Our Vogelsang emergency spare parts service team are also available outside of our normal operating hours:

How much will it cost me?

The Vogelsang Service Hotline is completely free of charge. All you have to pay are the standard landline rates for your provider. Whenever time is of the essence and you need a problem solving as soon as possible, we are on hand to help. Emergencies cannot be predicted, which makes the associated costs difficult to calculate. As such, we charge an additional flat fee of €120.00 for processing spare parts orders on weekends. Thank you for your understanding. You can also arrange to pick up the parts you need from our Essen/Oldb. plant on Saturdays and Sundays. Obviously, we will also be happy to send you your parts. In such cases, the parts in question will be shipped out the next working day.

You can reach our Service Hotline Mondays to Thursdays from 7 am to 6 pm and on Fridays from 7 am to 4 pm (CET).

By car
From the A1, take exit 64 (Vechta). After 400 m, join Essener Straße heading toward Essen (L843). After 12 km, turn right onto Kirchstraße and keep following the L843. After 5 km, join the B68 heading toward Cloppenburg. At the next junction (after 2 km), turn left on a north-westerly tangent, heading toward Löningen. After 2 km, turn left onto Lastruper Str., then drive a further 150 m and turn right onto Holthöge. Keep left. After a few meters, you will see the Vogelsang headquarters on your right.

From the A38, take exit 19 (Eisleben). After the exit, turn left onto the B180 (follow signs for Eisleben). After a further 650 m, turn right onto the L223. After 300 m, you will see the Rothenschirmbach industrial park (Gewerbegebiet Rothenschirmbach) on your left.
